PREMISE
Disabled Veterans deserve a singular spotlight highlighting and honoring their permanent sacrifice
for our country’s freedom.
Concurrent with these oft forgotten heroes - their families. Who can name three (3) recent events showcasing disabled veterans AND their core support unit - their spouses.
This is a special day disabled vets and their loved ones will cherish forever. One vet told us - “It feels like I’m winning an award.”
DINNER/SHOW
(SEE: Illustrated Concept)
Celebrity entertainers perform on stage in front of our vets and spouses. Express A-list stars have filmed sound bites feteing our honorees. These heart-felt well wishes/gratitude will be aired during the dinner event.
The program will be taped for future broadcast.
TELEVISION PACKAGES
As outlined in the Illustrated Concept - Cameras will go behind the scenes into veterans’ lives interviewing them and their families while celebrity voiceovers narrate the packages - culminating in honest, visceral insight into the lives of disabled vets without varnish.
HOW CAN I HELP
Micro-level sponsors ($10 - $20 - $50 - $100) will receive Special Thanks along with printed credit in the opening and end television credits and name inclusion inside the event program.
Certain celebrities will autograph pictures and programs (limited number) thanking our micro-level sponsors for their efforts.
Corporate Sponsors may contact Joanne Busch - [email protected] for further details. We are not a charitable organization therefore sponsorships may be expensed under “reasonable” marketing/advertising costs. Contact Joanne to learn more.
CONCLUSION
We are a new company comprised solely of U.S. military veterans. Our first film project was picked up at Cannes this past May and is in the development stages of production.
During the interim we thought it prudent to do something special honoring our nation’s disabled heroes.
Men’s Wearhouse graciously came aboard and will dress the male veterans in their Kenneth Cole clothing line for the dinner. We are in talks with Christian Dior (Italy) to dress the female vets and female spouses.
If we were the size of Disney or Sony we would subsume all costs ourselves. Instead, for the inaugural event, we are reaching out to veteran supporters to assist this inspirational tribute.
Everyday, most disabled veterans struggle either mentally, physically and/or emotionally. They did not ask for the life the military gave them unexpectedly. Whatever we can do to ameliorate their pain is humanely our reasonable obligation. Thank you for your support!
